Our microfabrication systems

The industry-proven Quantum X platform offers additive manufacturing capabilities from nanoscale to macroscale and for virtually any design from 2D to 3D for the fastest and most accurate high-precision 3D printing and 2.5 grayscale lithography in class. Our systems offer tailor-made solutions based on Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP). The various direct laser writing and two-photon lithography systems offer a wide range of high-resolution manufacturing opportunities from live cell and biomaterials printing in research labs towards 2.5D rapid prototyping and industrial wafer-scale fabrication, e.g. in microoptics, micromechanics and for MEMS. With our aligned 3D Microfabrication technology, we drive innovations in integrated photonics and photonics packaging. Discover our Quantum X product line.

Our printing materials

Nanoscribe IP Photoresins and IPX Photoresins are polymer printing materials for high-resolution microfabrication. They are optimized for Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP) and Two-Photon Grayscale Lithography (2GL®) with the properties required for high-precision 3D printing and 2.5D Microfabrication. Meanwhile, the printing material classes also include a nanocomposite for 3D printing fused silica glass microstructures. Moreover, Nanoscribe offers BIO INX Photoresins for advanced bioprinting tasks in life sciences.
