We were recently awarded with a special award in the category "Spin-off companies from universities / research centers" at the CyberChampions Awards 2011/12. The price is sponsored by tech-solute and endowed with 1,500 euros. Our business concept as well as our high-tech products - compact, user-friendly 3D laser lithography systems for micro- and nanostructuring - impressed and convinced the jury.

The CyberForum awards young and expanding companies from the wider technology region of Karlsruhe with the CyberChampion Awards. The winning companies have to impress the jury through their high innovation degree, their market potential as well as their business personality. It is one of the largest regional high-tech-networks in Germany with nearly 900 members.
