Microfluidics


In various fields of application like biotechnology, medicine, diagnostics and nano-optics, operators are aiming at the integration of sub-micron scaled three-dimensional elements into microfluidic channels.

By using Nanoscribe's 3D laser lithography system Photonic Professional off-the-shelf purchased chips can be combined with the remarkable 3D structuring capabilities of Direct Laser Writing.

It thus is now possible to, e.g., create filtration systems, stirrers, microfluidic mixer / valves or optical elements for lab-on-a-chip systems.
